SuperbBet Casino: Two Names, One Lobby and Six Sister Sites

The wordmark in the corner is SuperbBet, complete with a gold lion. Every promotion on the site calls the brand Superb Casino. The licence page calls the operator Superb LTD. Nothing on the site explains the inconsistency, and there is no second brand hiding behind it. They are one site.

The other number that needs unpacking before you deposit is £4,500. It is not a bonus you can claim. It is the total of five separate ones, the last of which is barely a tenth of the headline. Add the percentages and you get 550, not the sort of round number a banner likes, which is presumably why the front page leads with the cash ceiling instead.

The lobby behind those two confusions is good, and it is also not unique. Five other brands are serving the same one. Their own legal pages said so in almost identical words, then those pages were rewritten in the first week of August.

Five codes, five shrinking percentages, 450 spins

SUP1: 200 per cent matched, 200 free rounds on Gonzo’s Quest, cap £1,000. Stage two: 100 per cent and 100 rounds on Starburst. Stages three and four hold at 100 per cent with 50 spins apiece, on Bee Hive Bonanza and Jimi Hendrix. When this review was first written the Bonus Terms and Conditions document rendered with its navigation and nothing else, on every sister brand we opened. That document now loads with its full text. Clause 4.1 sets a default wagering requirement of thirty times, with individual promotions free to run 25x or 100x instead. Clause 4.3 confirms that the figure being multiplied takes in the player’s own stake as well as the money the casino added. Clause 6.1 caps any single stake at 10 euros while a bonus is live, and extends that cap to the price of buying a bonus round. Reels count for their whole value, anything dealt at a table is discounted heavily, video poker barely registers and baccarat is worth nothing at all. Through July this page reported what the site then said about itself: Curacao master number 34389464EU beside a permit attributed to Lava Entertainment DS DV. During the first week of August that wording vanished from every casino in the family at once. In its place is Curacao gaming permit OGL/2024/1129/0928. Common paperwork and a common front end show a common builder. They do not reveal who runs the customer accounts, answers the emails or signs off the payouts at each brand, and not one of the six publishes a real company number that would let anyone check.

Superb Sports, the Ladder, the Missions, the Shop

Twelve territories are turned away: they cover the Caribbean, the Middle East, the Horn of Africa, one Balkan state, North Korea and the United States, with Curacao itself among the twelve. Funding an account in ordinary money or in crypto makes no difference. Britain is absent from the list. Crypto is accepted alongside conventional deposits, but the casino states clearly that it will not convert between the two.

Withdrawals are handled on weekdays after a pending window that can reach 48 hours, fees may be applied at the casino’s discretion, and a first withdrawal requires that at least one deposit has been made and wagered through once. Anything unusually large may be released in monthly slices.
