The Sales Copy Says ELECTRIC1. The Bonus Record Says ELECTRIC01

The promotional copy tells you to use ELECTRIC1, ELECTRIC2, ELECTRIC3 and ELECTRIC4. The bonus records behind those same four offers carry ELECTRIC01, ELECTRIC02, ELECTRIC3 and ELECTRIC04. Only the third deposit matches in both places. We have not tested which spelling the cashier accepts, and there may be an alias in place. A player who types what the page told them to type and gets nothing should try the zero-padded form before assuming the offer has gone.
There is no name in the corner of this casino. Where a wordmark would normally sit, Electric Wins puts a gold lightning bolt over three white bars and leaves it at that, which makes it the only brand in its family you have to read the address bar to identify. The rest of the front page is louder: a 750 per cent welcome run, 200 free spins and a summer banner that changes every few seconds.
What sits behind that artwork can be tied together by a number. Six of the seven brands in this group print the same Curacao permit, OGL/2024/1129/0928, on their own licence pages. Some of the small print that was missing when we last looked at this group has also appeared, and it changes the arithmetic on that 750 per cent.
An account opens. The British safety net does not follow it
Electric Wins holds no UK Gambling Commission licence. It does not refuse British customers and it does not ask you to prove where you are, so an account opens without friction. GamStop cannot reach an account here, the Commission has no jurisdiction over a dispute, and the affordability and advertising rules written for British players do not apply. A dozen countries are named in clause 4.6 as territories this casino will not take; Britain is not among them, and neither is Ireland, Canada or Australia. That is the operator choosing to accept you, not a regulator agreeing that it should.
Four bonuses, four ceilings, 200 spins that are not equal

First deposit: 400 per cent up to €1,000 with 50 free spins on Starburst. Second: 200 per cent up to €1,000 with 50 spins on Gonzo’s Quest. Third: 100 per cent up to €1,000 with 50 spins on Narcos. Fourth: 50 per cent up to €1,000 with 50 spins on Silverback Gold. Add the percentages and you reach the advertised 750; add the spins and you reach the advertised 200; add the ceilings and the casino’s own About Us page confirms the total, €4,000 in bonuses. Every stage asks a minimum of €20. The spin values are not uniform: Starburst and Silverback Gold run at €0.10 a spin, Gonzo’s Quest at €0.20, and Narcos at €2.00, which quietly makes the third deposit’s fifty spins worth ten times the first deposit’s fifty. All four games are NetEnt titles.
Thirty times, on deposit plus bonus. The expensive convention
The Bonus Terms and Conditions page on these brands used to render with its navigation and nothing underneath. That document is now populated. Thirty times over is the figure clause 4.1 falls back on, though any given promotion may name twenty-five, thirty or a hundred in its place. Clause 4.3 spells out the calculation: deposit €100, receive a €100 bonus at 25x and you must turn over €5,000, because the multiplier applies to deposit and bonus combined. No single stake may pass ten euros while an offer is running, under 6.1, and 6.2 pulls the cost of buying into a bonus round under the same ceiling.
Game contributions are graded in clause 5.2. Slots, bingo, scratchcards and keno count in full. Table games, card games and the entire live dealer room count at one tenth. Video poker contributes under two per cent, and baccarat contributes nothing whatsoever. Progressive jackpot games cannot be played with bonus money at all, and clause 5.6 adds that free spins and bonus rounds are excluded from jackpot draws. One figure is still missing: there is no stated maximum conversion on a deposit bonus. Curiously, the Coin Shop rules do publish one. Bonuses bought with shop coins carry 25x wagering and convert to cash at a maximum of five times the bonus amount, so a €10 shop bonus releases at most €50.
Eleven shelves. No sportsbook
The header runs Slots, Live Dealer, Table, Crash, New, Featured, Book of, Jackpot, Bonus Buy, Megaways and Hold & Win, alongside Promotions, Tournaments and the Shop. Two of the six sisters do carry a Sports tab; Electric Wins does not, and neither do 1000 Spins or Extreme Spins. Fifty suppliers feed it. Pragmatic Play provides the headline stock through Gates of Olympus 1000, Sweet Bonanza Super Scatter and the Big Bass line. Play’n GO supply Book of Dead and Legacy of Dead, Hacksaw contribute Wanted Dead or a Wild, BGaming bring Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS and Bonanza Billion, and Mascot Gaming fill the New shelf. Behind them sit Novomatic, Merkur, EGT, Amatic and Kajot, which is why the Hold & Win rail reads more like a Continental arcade than a modern crypto casino. The live room runs standard and VIP tiers of blackjack, roulette and baccarat, plus Andar Bahar and Teen Patti.
Money moves on weekdays only, behind a holding stage that may last two days, and the operator keeps the right to deduct a handling charge whenever it sees fit. Before a first payout you must have made at least one deposit and played it through once. Unusually large wins may be released in monthly instalments. Crypto and ordinary money are both accepted, but the casino states in two separate documents that it performs no exchange between them. Third-party cards and wallets are forbidden, and the name on the payment method has to match the name on the account.
Seven casinos, one group label: Lior
Electric Wins says it is operated by HIGH VOLTAGE N.V. of Seru Loraweg 17C, Willemstad, Curacao. Its sister 1000 Spins names ONE GRAND ENTERTAINMENT N.V. at Seru Loraweg 17, which is the same building without the unit letter. Underneath, each brand also names a Cypriot company that may handle its payments: VOLT PAID LTD, LUCKYPAID LTD, WINBET LTD, MRT LTD, OGE LTD and GREAT WHITE LTD, six different companies registered at one address, Voukourestiou 25, Neptune House, Limassol.
Pulling each brand’s own configuration file returns the same list of 50 game suppliers in the same order, the same eleven lobby shelves, and a geographic restriction list of 189 country codes that is identical across all seven down to the character. Each configuration also carries an internal group label, and on all seven it reads the same thing: Lior. Three other casinos run this same software and return a different label instead, which is what marks the edge of the family rather than merely the edge of the codebase. In early August their licence pages named a different Curacao master licence and a permit held by a company none of them shared a name with. That wording has since been replaced by the OGL permit. Cheeky Wins, launched in June 2026, is the one brand where the older version can still be read.

Slot-led rooms that a British regulator can actually act on
If the deciding factor is a regulator that can act, the comparison worth making is against operators with a similar slot-led, no-sportsbook character. PlayOJO built its whole proposition on paying wagering-free bonuses, which removes the clause 4.3 problem at a stroke. Casumo and Rizk both run reward and level systems close in spirit to the Shop and missions here. Videoslots carries a supplier list as long as this one and runs its own Battle of Slots tournaments. All four hold UK Gambling Commission licences, which means GamStop covers them, deposit limits are enforced, and a dispute reaches an ombudsman rather than an inbox.
Electric Wins, the questions
Which casinos are Electric Wins sister sites?
SuperbBet, Mr Thrills, Lucky Charms, 1000 Spins, Extreme Spins and Cheeky Wins. Six of the seven, Electric Wins included, publish the same Curacao gaming permit, OGL/2024/1129/0928, and all seven run software returning an identical list of 50 suppliers, an identical 189-country restriction table and the same internal group label.
Who operates Electric Wins?
The licence page names HIGH VOLTAGE N.V. of Seru Loraweg 17C, Willemstad, Curacao, and adds that payments may be handled by VOLT PAID LTD in Limassol, Cyprus. No company registration number is published for either.
Is Electric Wins a new casino?
No. The electricwins.com address was registered in July 2024 and web archives have been capturing it since that same month. Around two years of trading.
How does the 750% package work?
Four separate bonuses. Deposit one takes 400 per cent with 50 spins on Starburst, deposit two 200 per cent with 50 spins on Gonzo’s Quest, deposit three 100 per cent with 50 spins on Narcos, and deposit four 50 per cent with 50 spins on Silverback Gold. Each caps at 1,000 euros and each needs at least 20 euros in.
What wagering applies?
Thirty times by default, and the terms are explicit that the multiplier runs on your deposit and the bonus added together. Individual promotions may set 25x or 100x instead. Slots count in full, live and table games at ten per cent, baccarat not at all.
Can players from Britain open an account?
Yes. The refused-country list in clause 4.6 runs to twelve names and Britain is not one of them. There is no UK Gambling Commission licence behind the site.
Does it have a sportsbook?
No. Two of its sister brands do offer sports betting, so the platform supports it, but this brand has not switched it on.
How long do withdrawals take?
Weekday processing, as much as two days pending, and a charge the casino may levy at will. Nothing leaves until a deposit has been placed and turned over once. A sufficiently large win can be released in monthly slices.
A decent floor, better terms than a fortnight ago, still unfinished
Fifty suppliers is a real library rather than a marketing number, the older Continental studios give the Hold & Win shelf a texture the branding never earns, and the live room is better stocked than the size of the brand would suggest. The welcome run is structured kindly for once: four stages at €20 each is a ladder a small player can actually climb. Publishing a 30x default, a €10 bonus bet cap and a full contribution table puts real numbers where there was silence a fortnight ago. But the multiplier runs on deposit and bonus together, no maximum conversion is stated for deposit bonuses at all, and the codes printed in the promotions do not match the codes stored against them. For a reader in Britain there is a bigger issue behind all of it: no UK permission covers any of this, which leaves the rules guaranteed by nobody except the company that drafted them.
