On the register that licence does belong to Vanta Technology, but it is a combined business to business and business to consumer permit covering around 40 other betting domains, bettcat.com is not one of them, and its end date was 15 September 2026. A row of zeros is not a real company number, so our reading is that the footer was carried over from a platform template and not yet updated for the new licence. We have gone with the register.

The long terms document shows the same pattern. It is a standard agreement written for a Curaçao eGaming licence, still carrying an unfilled registration date field, and it describes the operator as a Curaçao company. Until BettCat publishes terms that match its Anjouan permit, those are the rules on the page, and they are the ones we summarise below.
