Bitwin Casino: A New Online Casino and the Search for Its Sister Sites

Bitwin Casino logo, the orange and white BITWIN.GAME wordmark of a new online casino licensed in 2026

Bitwin trades from the web address bitwin.game and is about as fresh as a casino gets. Its Anjouan gaming licence was granted on 15 September 2026, the day we sat down to write this, and the address itself was only registered in late November 2025. Behind the orange and white logo sits a slots and live dealer lobby aimed at players who like to fund their accounts with crypto.

We went through the lobby, the six promotion tiles, the terms, the responsible gaming policy and the licence register entry, and we looked for any other casino that shares its paperwork. It has joined our list of new casinos, and a little further down you can browse a rotating choice of other casino sites if you want to compare before reading on.

Before you read on from the UK. Bitwin has no licence from the UK Gambling Commission and is not part of GamStop. Clause 4.1.3 of its own terms names the United Kingdom as a country it does not serve, alongside Australia, Austria, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the USA and the Union of Comoros, plus any country on the FATF blacklist or under sanctions. This page is a review for research purposes, not an invitation to sign up.

The Costa Rican Company Behind Bitwin

The operator is 3-102-968993 SRL. That string of digits is the company name as well as its registration number, which is the standard format for a Costa Rican limited company, and the terms place its office in Ofident Building, office three, in San Pedro de Montes de Oca, San José. The opening clause of the terms says the business is registered under the laws of Costa Rica and licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Board under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005.

The public register backs that up. Licence ALSI-202608057-FI2 belongs to 3-102-968993 SRL, it is a business to consumer permit marked valid, it was issued on 15 September 2026 and it expires on 14 September 2027. One wording slip is worth knowing about if you check the footer yourself: the footer says the company is established under the law of Anjouan, while the terms say Costa Rica. The terms are the binding document, and Costa Rica is also what the company number points to.

Is Bitwin Really a New Casino?

Yes, with one nuance. The bitwin.game domain was registered on 24 November 2025 and its first security certificate was issued that same day, and we found no archive snapshots of an earlier website at the address. The licence is only hours old at the time of writing. So this is a genuinely new brand, not an established site that has picked up a fresh permit.

The nuance is that the lobby may have been running quietly for a while before the licence arrived. The leaderboard panel at the bottom of every page is stamped 5 July 2026 and describes itself as updating every day, yet it had not moved by mid September. Its top row shows a player called Monkey1004 wagering $21,040,000 across 8,751 bets, and some of the lower names change from one page of the site to another. We would treat that table as placeholder decoration rather than proof of real traffic.

Does Bitwin Have Sister Sites?

Not that we can find. Anjouan lists every domain covered by each permit, which normally makes a casino family easy to spot, and the Bitwin licence covers exactly one address: bitwin.game. We searched the whole register for any other permit held by 3-102-968993 SRL and there is none. The terms mention no parent group and the footer links to nothing but Bitwin’s own pages and three problem gambling charities.

It is worth adding that Anjouan issued a whole batch of permits on the same day to other Costa Rican companies with similar numbered names. A shared date and a shared company format do not make casinos related, so we have not counted any of them. If a second domain is ever added to this permit we will update the page. For another standalone newcomer from the same licensing authority this month, see our review of Tomb Heist Casino, which has no connection to Bitwin.

A Walk Around the Lobby

Bitwin Casino homepage screenshot, a new online casino in 2026, showing the deposit $50 free bet banner, the first deposit bonus banner and the Hot Games row

The design is a dark navy lobby with orange accents and a search bar across the top. Two sliding banners lead the page, one for a weekend free bet and one for a first deposit bonus, and underneath them a tab strip splits the catalogue into Hot Games, New Releases, Slots, Live Casino, Game Shows, Burst Games, Pachinko, Poker, Bingo, Table Games, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Virtual Sports and Other. The header shows a US dollar balance and an English language setting.

The Hot Games row leans heavily on older Betsoft titles such as Lucky Seven, Gladiator, Genie’s Fortune, Barbary Coast, RockStar, House of Fun and Paco and the Popping Peppers, which gives the front page a slightly retro feel. The New Releases row is more current, with Wild West Gold, Sticky Joker, Knockout Football Rush and Fruit Rainbow, and the Burst Games section pulls in titles like Tales of Asgard: Loki’s Fortune and Vikings go Wild.

The providers page listed sixteen studios on our visit: AE Sexy Baccarat, AGT Software, Amatic, Apollo, Avatar UX, Aviatrix, Barbara Bang, BeeFee, Belatra, BetGames.tv, Betradar Virtual Sports, Betsoft, BetSolutions, BGaming, Booming Games and 3 Oaks Gaming. Bitwin publishes no total game count, so we will not guess one. Live tables include standard baccarat, roulette and blackjack, Casino Hold’em and a Betify branded roulette, while the BetGames.tv side adds lottery style draws such as Lucky 7, Lucky 5, Wheel of Fortune and War of Bets.

The Welcome Offer and the Other Five Promotions

The promotions page shows six tiles, and the terms on the two detailed ones are clearer than on many new sites. The first deposit bonus is a 100% match up to $1,000 from a $20 minimum, with 300 free spins paid out at 30 a day for ten days. Wagering is 35 times the bonus amount, and each daily batch of spins must be used within 24 hours of landing.

There is a catch in the presentation, though. The homepage banner advertises 110% up to 1 BTC plus 300 free spins, which is a very different offer from the $1,000 cap on the promotion page. Before depositing, confirm with support which version applies to your account, and get the answer in writing.

Promotion What Bitwin says
First deposit bonus 100% up to $1,000, $20 minimum, 300 free spins over ten days, 35x bonus wagering
Weekend free bet Deposit $50, receive a $5 free bet, 1x wagering at odds of 1.50 or more, expires after 7 days
Weekend reload 50% reload bonus every weekend
VIP cashback Up to 25% of weekly losses, rising with rank
Drops and weekly wins Daily drops and weekly tournaments, advertised with a €6,500,000 prize pool
Refer a friend 10% of the wagered amount of friends you invite, with no stated cap

Two of those tiles raise questions. The free bet is meant to be used on any sports event, but we could not find a sportsbook anywhere in the menu, only a Virtual Sports category, and the tile flips between $5 and 5€ depending on where you read it. The reload, cashback and drops tiles have no detailed terms page behind them at all, so their conditions are unknown.

Getting Money In and Out

Bitwin’s FAQ says it accepts a range of popular cryptocurrencies but does not name them, sending you to the cashier inside a registered account instead. Deposits must come from a payment method in your own name, and money sent in another currency is converted at the daily rate from Oanda or the payment processor. The terms allow for card deposits through third party processors.

The minimum withdrawal is $10, or the full balance if you are closing the account. If you have not wagered your deposit at least once, Bitwin can take an 8% fee with a $4 minimum, a rule designed to stop the account being used to move money. Withdrawals go back to the method you paid in with, and the company can ask for photo ID, a utility bill, a selfie or a verification call at any point before paying out. No maximum withdrawal and no processing time are published.

Complaints and Deadlines

Section 21 of the Bitwin terms looks like two versions pasted one after the other. The first half is written for Anjouan’s current rules. A player starts by filling in the complaint form that sits behind the licence seal, Bitwin then gets a month to sort it out, and if that fails the case can go to an outside adjudicator whose fees Bitwin covers. A game result can be challenged for up to a fortnight, a payment or bonus problem for up to 30 days, and English is the only language accepted.

The second half is older boilerplate, and it gives just 72 hours to query a bet once it has been graded, after which Bitwin says it will reject the claim. A fortnight and 72 hours do not sit together. Our advice is simple: complain the same day something looks wrong, and save a copy of each chat and email.

Safer Gambling Tools on Offer

The responsible gaming policy is one of the more complete parts of the site. It describes daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and reality check reminders. Lowering a limit takes effect at once, and raising one comes with a cooling off delay. A break of between seven days and six weeks is available, self-exclusion lasts at least six months and cannot be reversed early, and a player who closes an account because of gambling problems will not be taken back.

Most of these tools are requested through customer support rather than switched on in the account, although the policy says some are available in the account settings where supported. The footer links to GambleAware, GamCare and Gordon Moody’s Gambling Therapy service.

What Works and What Does Not

On the plus side, the ownership is published consistently in the terms, the footer and the responsible gaming policy, and it matches the Anjouan register. The welcome bonus has real, readable terms, including a 35x wagering figure that many newcomers leave out. The safer gambling policy is thorough, and the newer complaints section gives players a route to an independent adjudicator.

Against that, too much of the site contradicts itself. The homepage bonus does not match the promotion page, a sports free bet is offered with no sportsbook in sight, the leaderboard looks like sample data, and the complaint deadlines disagree by eleven days. The front page game selection also feels dated, and the licence is so new that there is no payout history of any kind yet.

Slots and Live Games From UK Licensed Sites

Players in Britain cannot use Bitwin, but the studios it relies on are easy to find on UK licensed sites. Videoslots and its sister brand Mr Vegas are known for carrying an unusually long list of game makers, including several of the smaller ones on Bitwin’s providers page, so they are the natural places to look for the same kind of variety.

There is one thing no UK licensed casino will offer, and that is crypto deposits. The Gambling Commission does not permit them, so anyone choosing a British site is swapping crypto for the protections that come with it: GamStop, affordability checks and a complaints route that ends with an independent body in the UK.

Bitwin Questions, Answered

Which company runs bitwin.game?

3-102-968993 SRL, a limited company registered in Costa Rica with an office in San Pedro de Montes de Oca, San José. It holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202608057-FI2, valid from 15 September 2026 to 14 September 2027.

How new is Bitwin?

Very new. The domain was registered on 24 November 2025, there is no archive record of an older site there, and the gaming licence was only issued on 15 September 2026.

Are any other casinos licensed alongside Bitwin?

No. Its Anjouan permit names bitwin.game and nothing else, and 3-102-968993 SRL holds no other licence on the register, so there are no sister sites we can verify.

What are the wagering terms on the Bitwin welcome bonus?

The promotion page sets 35 times the bonus amount on a 100% match up to $1,000, with a $20 minimum deposit and 300 free spins over ten days. The homepage banner shows a different 110% up to 1 BTC offer, so check with support which one applies before you pay in.

Can someone living in the UK sign up to Bitwin?

No. The United Kingdom is one of the restricted countries listed in clause 4.1.3 of the terms, and the site has no UK Gambling Commission licence and no link to GamStop.

Is there a fee to withdraw from Bitwin?

Only if you have not wagered your deposit at least once. In that case the terms allow an 8% fee with a $4 minimum. The smallest withdrawal is $10.

Our Verdict on Bitwin

Bitwin checks out on the basics that matter most: a named company, a matching licence on the public register and bonus terms you can actually read. It is a single brand rather than one skin in a larger group, and the safer gambling policy is better than the site around it.

The trouble is the number of loose ends. Conflicting bonus banners, a free bet with nowhere to use it, a frozen leaderboard and two different complaint deadlines all suggest a site that went live before it was finished. For readers outside the restricted countries, it is one to watch for a few months rather than one to fund today.

Our rating: 5 out of 10. Verifiable ownership and clear welcome terms, let down by contradictory promotions, placeholder content and no track record.
