Spinaway Casino: A Newly Licensed Online Casino With 2 Sister Sites

Spinaway, an online casino licensed in Anjouan in July 2026, brand logo

Spinaway sat on our watch list for weeks. Its licence was issued at the end of July, but the web address showed nothing worth reviewing until a space-themed lobby appeared this autumn, complete with a prize wheel, a Pragmatic Play drops row and live tables from three studios. It is a newly licensed casino rather than a brand-new name, and we explain the difference further down.

The more useful discovery is who sits behind it. Spinaway shares a company, a Costa Rican address and a single Anjouan licence with one other live casino, Lucky Days, and a third name on the same licence that has not opened yet. So the two-sister count in the headline is a short list, but it is a checked one.

Below you will find the lobby as we saw it, the three-stage welcome offer worked out in pounds of wagering, the register entry, the sibling table and a short list of UK-licensed alternatives. Just beneath this intro there is also a spread of other casinos to look over if you want to compare before reading on.

Access notice. Spinaway is licensed in Anjouan, not by the UK Gambling Commission. An account here is not covered by GamStop, and the Commission cannot step in if you have a dispute. The casino lists the United States, Belgium, France, Turkey, Denmark, Italy and Estonia among the countries it does not accept, and says players should only join where online gambling is allowed.

A Walk Around the Space-Themed Lobby

Spinaway casino homepage screenshot showing the Spin Away Wheel banner and the Latest winners feed, captured 2 November 2026

The design is deep navy with a teal accent. A slim header carries the logo in the middle and Log In and Open Account buttons on the right. Under it sits a row of pill-shaped menus for Search, Lobby, Category, Live Casino, Providers and Features, and below that a rotating banner of six promotions. On our visit the featured one was the Spin Away Wheel, a glowing prize wheel sitting above a sign-up button.

The shortcut tiles under the search bar take you to Top games, Recommended, New Games, Spin Away Tournaments, Slots, Spin Away Missions, Specials and Table Games. The shelves below them are headed Latest winners, Top games, Recommended, New Games and Slots, and each ends in a More link. The winners ticker shows partly hidden usernames and amounts in euros, which is an easy thing to stage, so treat it as colour rather than evidence.

The Top games shelf is a roll call of Pragmatic Play: Gonzo’s Quest, Gates of Olympus Super Scatter, Big Bass Bonanza, The Big Dog House and Jelly Express, plus Panda Goes Boom and Finn and the Candy Spin. Recommended adds Money Train 2, 5 Lions Megaways 2 and Kings Gold Hold and Win, while the New Games row on the day showed Zeus Power Coins, Deadline: Max Chaos and Ghostline Express: Hold and Win. The casino says its Top Providers list holds 69 studios, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Nolimit City and Hacksaw Gaming.

There is also a Drops and Wins row for Pragmatic’s network promotion, which layers random prize drops and leaderboards on top of ordinary slot play. The live tables come from Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Playtech, and include Lightning Roulette and Lightning Blackjack alongside Mega Roulette 3000, PowerUP Roulette and Infinite Fun Fun 21 Blackjack. An Android app is offered through a banner on the homepage, and the site says there is no iPhone app yet.

Doing the Sums on a 1,500 Euro Welcome Package

The package is split across three deposits and called a mission. The first stage matches 100% up to 500 euros, the second matches another 100% up to 500, and the third matches 125% up to 500 again, for a headline total of 1,500 euros. The first two start from a 10 euro deposit.

The terms attached to those first two stages are where the offer gets real. Wagering is 35 times the deposit plus the bonus, the maximum stake while wagering is 2 euros, winnings are capped at 10,000 euros, and you have seven days. The first stage is non-sticky and adds free spins that scale with the deposit. The casino’s own worked example is a 100 euro deposit that brings a 100 euro bonus and 7,000 euros to wager within a week, which at the maximum stake is at least 3,500 spins.

We would read that as a warning as much as a selling point. Seven days is a short window for seven thousand euros of turnover, and welcome funds do not count at live tables, so the Evolution games are for your own money only. A 400 euro deposit is enough to hit the 500 euro cap at 125% on the third stage, but the terms for that stage sit on the promotions page rather than in the summary we read.

The daily extras are lighter. Any deposit of at least 10 euros opens one free draw a day on the Spinaway Wheel for 30 days, with free spins and no-deposit bonuses as prizes, and every new deposit resets the 30 days. The Spinaway Drop runs across the whole casino: a bet of 20 cents or more can trigger a random prize carrying 10x wagering over seven days. Short reloads such as Course Locked, 50% up to 300 euros at 10x, come and go.

Who Operates Spinaway, and What the Register Says

The footer and terms name 3-102-961212 S.R.L., registered in Costa Rica at the Spazio Ejecutivo Building in Escazu, San Jose. The company number is the same string as its name, which is how Costa Rican limited companies are usually numbered, so there is no trading name to look up.

The Anjouan Gaming register backs the licence up. It lists licence ALSI-202607037-FI2 as valid, type B2C, issued on 31 July 2026 and expiring on 30 July 2027, held by 3-102-961212 SRL. Three domains are attached to it: lionluck.casino, spinaway.co and luckydays.co. Anjouan is an offshore regulator, and a valid entry means the licence exists, not that player disputes will be resolved in your favour.

On newness, the licence is months old but the web address is not. spinaway.co appears in certificate records from July 2022, so the name has been parked or used before, and we cannot say what it showed in between. That is why we call Spinaway newly licensed and not newly launched.

Two Sister Sites on One Licence

One licence, three web addresses, two other brands. We opened each address to see what it does today.

Sister brand Where it stands
Lucky Days Live at luckydays.co. Its footer names the same operator, registration number and licence as Spinaway.
Lionluck Listed on the licence at lionluck.casino, but the address returned an access error when we checked, so we treat it as not open yet.

Lucky Days is the one you can actually use. Its site shows the same 10 euro minimum deposit, a daily Rewards Wheel and the same English and German language options, and it describes a welcome package of up to 1,500 euros as well. Its logo is shown below. A shared licence and a shared footer tell us the two skins have one legal owner, but nothing public says how the day-to-day running is split.

What We Liked and What Gave Us Pause

Liked. The operator details are printed in the open, and the register entry matches them. The cashier is wide, with 14 methods, no deposit fees and a 10 euro minimum. The lobby is easy to move around, and the game list leans on well-known studios rather than obscure ones. Safer gambling tools are built into the account, from deposit limits to 24-hour, 30-day and 90-day time-outs.

Gave us pause. There is no UK licence and no GamStop cover. The welcome terms give a short seven days to clear 35x wagering, and the live tables are excluded from it. Withdrawals need verification first and take three to five business days, which is slow beside the same-day payouts UK-licensed sites advertise. Only an Android app is offered, and one of the two sisters has not opened.

If You Want the Same Games Under a UK Licence

Almost everything in the Spinaway lobby is Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO or Evolution, and all of those studios supply sites that hold a Gambling Commission licence. Sky Vegas, Betfred Casino, Virgin Games and Mr Green all hold UK licences, so GamStop is built in and the Commission is a backstop. We have not compared their game lists or current offers here, so check each one’s lobby and terms before you decide. Our new online casinos page lists more recent arrivals.

What a UK site will not give you is a 1,500 euro match package or the Spinaway Wheel. Those are offshore marketing tools, and the trade-off is real: bigger headline numbers, with less protection behind them.

Reader Questions About Spinaway

Is Spinaway a fresh launch or an older site?

Not quite. Its Anjouan licence was issued on 31 July 2026 and the lobby went live this autumn, but the spinaway.co address shows up in certificate records from July 2022. We call it newly licensed rather than newly launched.

Which licence does Spinaway hold?

Anjouan licence ALSI-202607037-FI2, held by 3-102-961212 SRL. The register lists it as a valid B2C licence running from 31 July 2026 to 30 July 2027. It is not a UK Gambling Commission licence.

Who owns Spinaway?

The site names 3-102-961212 S.R.L., a Costa Rican company with its registered office in Escazu, San Jose. The same company is named in the footer of Lucky Days.

Which casinos share a licence with Spinaway?

The Anjouan entry lists lionluck.casino and luckydays.co beside spinaway.co. Lucky Days is live and carries the same operator footer. Lionluck was not loading when we checked.

What are the wagering rules on the Spinaway welcome bonus?

The first two stages carry 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus, a 2 euro maximum stake, a 10,000 euro cap on winnings and seven days to finish. The casino’s own example is a 100 euro deposit that needs 7,000 euros of play.

Can I use the bonus at the live tables?

No. The casino says welcome bonus funds do not count at live tables, so live roulette and blackjack are played with your own balance.

How fast are Spinaway withdrawals?

The site says most are processed in three to five business days, and your first withdrawal needs a verified account, so upload your ID early.

Can UK players join Spinaway?

The site’s list of excluded countries names the US, Belgium, France, Turkey, Denmark, Italy and Estonia, and does not name the UK on the page we read. It has no UK licence, though, so UK players get no GamStop cover and no Commission complaint route.

Where We Land on Spinaway

Spinaway is a competent, conventional offshore casino with a tidy lobby, a deep game list and plainly published operator details. Nothing we saw looked evasive, and the licence record lines up with the footer. It is also very young as a licensed business, and nobody has yet reported on how it pays out in the long run.

The welcome package is generous on paper and tough in practice, and the lack of UK protections is the deciding factor for many readers. If you play offshore anyway, it is worth a look, ideally with a small first deposit and a test withdrawal before you commit more.

Rating: 6.5 out of 10. A clean, well-stocked lobby from a newly licensed operator, held back by short bonus deadlines, slow withdrawals and no UK safeguards.

18+ only. Treat any bet as the price of entertainment, never as income. If play stops being fun, BeGambleAware, GamCare and GamStop offer free, private support.
