Further down, a Live Now strip was showing matches from the COSAFA Cup under-20s, the Shillong Premier League in India, an under-23 league and the Ukrainian Persha Liga on the morning we visited.

A bet slip is pinned to the right of the screen with Single, Multi and System tabs, so accumulator and system bets are both built in. The sports menu goes well past football and tennis. Basketball, ice hockey, volleyball, handball, American football, Aussie rules, baseball, bandy and even chess all have their own icons, and match pages carry live statistics widgets.

The language menu offers English and Greek, which is an unusual pairing, and the currency list on the sign-up form is more unusual still: euro, US dollar, South African rand, Nigerian naira, Turkish lira and Tunisian dinar. Put together, that points to a site aimed at Greece and at a handful of African and Mediterranean betting markets rather than at any single country.

A Casino Bigger Than It Looks

The casino section is where Promaxbets surprised us. The homepage calls it “hundreds of games”, but the game feed behind the lobby lists 20,322 entries from 149 studio tags. A few of those are the same studio arriving through two different suppliers, Pragmatic Play being the clearest case, so the true count of distinct games is a little lower. Even allowing for that, this is one of the largest libraries we have seen at a site this new.

By studio, the biggest shelves belong to KA Gaming with 820 titles, Spinomenal with 791, Inbet with 684 and Playtech with 634. Yggdrasil adds 500, Pragmatic Play 499 slots plus 352 of its live tables, and Evolution 460. Behind them come Fazi, Play’n GO, Amusnet, Red Tiger, Hacksaw Gaming, Evoplay, Habanero, BGaming, Betsoft and Endorphina, along with NetEnt at 196 games and Nolimit City at 134. The featured row on the homepage leaned towards smaller names, with Platipus, Spinomenal, Mancala Gaming, Belatra and F1X2 titles such as Hawaiian Night, Titan’s Rising and 1 Million Fortunes Megaways.

Crash fans will find Spribe’s Aviator in the instant games section, and the live casino goes well beyond Evolution: Ezugi, Playtech, CreedRoomz and a long run of automatic roulette wheels are all there. The only snag we hit was cosmetic. Game thumbnails in the casino grid were slow to appear for us and several stayed blank, although the games themselves were listed.

Offers Without the Small Print

Four promotions are on show. New players are offered up to €500 on a first deposit, weekends bring enhanced odds on selected fixtures and a live betting bonus, and the casino side promises weekly reloads, free spins and cashback. That is a sensible spread for a combined casino and sportsbook.

What we could not find was a single rule attached to any of them. The Conditions link at the foot of every page opened an empty page, and so did Help. There was no wagering requirement, no minimum deposit, no expiry date and no list of excluded games anywhere we looked. Only one domain is attached to it, promaxbets.com, and Nextline Solutions Ltd does not appear against any other licence in the register.

That leaves Promaxbets without a single provable sibling. Many new casinos turn out to be one of a dozen skins on a shared licence, but this one stands alone on paper. We found no public record of Nextline Solutions Ltd beyond that licence entry, so we cannot say where the company is based or who runs it.
