Both footers carry the same three headings and the same links beneath them, both label a games category Legendary Hits, both offer the same iOS and Android app blocks, and both route support to an address at their own domain in the same format.

That is a shared platform, and a shared platform is real evidence of a shared operation. It is not the same as proof of common ownership, and we are not going to pretend otherwise: Snatch’s own site names no operating company at all.
