What takes longer to unpick is the company. Permit ALSI-202608041-FI2 was granted on 31 August 2026, runs to 30 August 2027, is marked valid, and carries a single domain: betmoosh.com. On the register’s own evidence there are no siblings at all.

The licensee named against it is Cube Entertainment Ltd, and that name appears nowhere else on the register. Betmoosh’s general terms fill in the rest, describing Cube Entertainment as a British Virgin Islands limited liability company registered under number 2212621. It also runs its own affiliate programme under a separate name, Striking Wins, rather than sitting inside somebody else’s network. Every one of those signals points the same way: one brand, one permit, no family.

There is one loose thread, and it is worth setting out properly because it is easy to over-read. Betmoosh’s privacy policy names its data controller as a company at 177A St Moritz, Tower Road, Sliema, Malta, under Maltese registration number C51793. That registration does not belong to Cube Entertainment. It belongs to Rebels Gaming Ltd, the company behind BetRebels, and the wording around it is the wording BetRebels publishes on its own site.

The two casinos are visibly running the same software. Both serve from a www1 address, both offer a promotion called Spin Gifts, both carry the same set of ten site languages, and both take their sportsbook from Altenar. What that establishes is a shared platform and a document copied across from one tenant to another. It does not establish shared ownership, and the two brands run different operating companies and different affiliate programmes. Longer than the licence suggests. The domain was registered on 22 September 2020, and the web archive holds six captures of it going back to 26 November 2021. Betmoosh is a newly licensed casino, not a newly launched one, and we would not describe it as a new arrival.

Which company takes the money?

Cube Entertainment Ltd, according to clause 1.2 of the general terms, which describes it as a British Virgin Islands limited liability company registered under number 2212621. That is the same name the Anjouan register prints against the permit, so the two sources agree. It is a company with no other visible brands, which is worth weighing: there is no track record to judge, in either direction.

Can somebody in Britain open a Betmoosh account?

Yes, as the terms stand. The list of barred residencies runs to roughly a hundred countries and begins with the United States and Turkey, and the United Kingdom is not among them. That said, a British player registering here gives up everything a Gambling Commission licence would provide, including GamStop, the deposit rules and any route to an independent adjudicator.
